American Police Veterans
Policevet's Legacy Project

Welcome to the Policevet's Legacy Project.

Policevet's Legacy  Project is a grass roots campaign to chronicle the men and women of American Law Enforcement.

Most that have served have been denied recognition. Few rest in graves marking their contributions to a lawful society. Those that have died in the line of duty fair much better in the American conscious than those that suffer career ending injuries. Regardless of how they were mustered out of thier service they deserve a footnote in America's history.

The Streets is a grass roots campaign to memorialize, remember and honor the men and women of law enforcement who died or were disabled in the performance of their duty.

The Policevets Legacy Project asks you to have streets in your community named for the policevets that gave so much to keep them safe. We urge you to champion this cause in your hometown. In America, We have an identity crisis.  Chicago is planning on naming a street after a radical member Fred Hampton Sr. of the cop killing Black Panthers. Sign the petition to stop this disgraceful act at  petitiononline.com
